Physique Update and Triathlon Training. Shame on me for not posting more frequently. The last month or so has been such a roller coaster in terms of things going as well as the changes in my body. I stopped doing My Fit Foods and started food prepping myself. Week 2 and 3 of food prep I tried to increase the protein intake and lower the carb intake.
